The conference will take place in Hotel Serapo:



Your hotel reservation and payment have to be arranged directly with Hotel SERAPO, as follows:

1) Booking: Please send an e-mail to prenotazioni@hotelserapo.com specifying:

• that you are a participant in the conference "Gaeta-2024" (this is important since the hotel is fully reserved for the conference)
• the type of room you want (single/double/... room) in full boarding regime (the prices are indicated below);
• the period you want : X May - Y May 2024 (Y-X nights).

The owner/receptionist speaks English.

2) Prices: For participants in the conference, a room in full boarding regime (so the prices below include breakfast, lunch and dinner) costs:

• 110,00 euros per day / per person / in single room
• 95,00 euros per day / per person / in double room
• 89,00 euros per day / per person / in triple room
• 83,00 euros per day / per person / in 4-person room
